As the plugins' author I'd say the defaults are suitable for my use :-).

"Refresh": interval in which the content of the full frame is reloaded.
Eg., to keep up with what you're playing.
"Image change": interval to be used by the artists slideshow.
TBH: I don't know if any of those actually still work...
