looking for BBC radio urls to add to mysqueezebox.com

I have some of the BBC Radio stations saved as favourites on my Squeezebox Radio running LMS 7.7.2 and BBCIplayer - occasionally the Radio switches over to mysqueezebox.com where my favourites are not saved. Can anyone help me with either of these.

A way to copy my BBCiplayer LMS Radio favourites to mysqueebox.com
or
The direct stream URLs for Radio 2, Radio 3, Radio 4, World Service, and LBC 97FM

I have one favourite in my squeezebox.com for BBC Radio 7 which is

but I simply can't find a way to identify the rest and actually have no idea where this one came from!
