Offline mode for Triode Spotify plugin

Do you know if the triode 3rd party spotify plugin supports offline mode. I notice that the libspotify library now supports this feature. I currently have Tiorde spotify version 2.2.15 running on my 12.04 Ubuntu machine, but I see no option to use offline mode. If this is a feature not implemented yet I would like to write the code to make this work - where would I get the source code.
