AirPlay Bridge Player Rescan

Hi
i've the problem that the AirPlay Bridge most of the time can't find some devices if they where plugged of (and on again). I always have to restart the Service and then the Plugin finds the Device (Pioneer AVRs). Is it possible to restart Airplay Bridge through HTTP-Post or CLi, so it's possible to trigger a restart by EDOMI / KNX if i enter the room!?

Or maybe there is a better solution that the Bridge can find the device (trigger rescan)!?
